An exhibition at the Basilica Palladiana
The exhibition "Beauty and Power" took as its starting point Alberta Ferretti's spring 2021 collection. The collection commemorated the 1,600th anniversary of the Serenissima, reuniting fashion and culture. The goal is to use art and clothing as examples of ways in which power was demonstrated through beauty. The collection of works joining paintings, sculptures and dresses was then categorized into three sections;

POWER AND POLITICS
The first section deals with the theme of power politics in the Serenissima of the Renaissance, focusing on the figure of the doge and the most important families from Veneto, the fundamental patrons of art.

POWER AND RELIGION
The second section focuses on the link between power and religion, again using works by Venetian artists depicting sacred figures as powerful or showing the link between political and religion.

POWER AND ELEGANCE
The exhibition concludes with the third and final section, dedicated to power and elegance. The clothes of the pageantry in the doge's palace during the Renaissance dialogue in this section with the Alberta Ferreti's collection dedicated to the Serenissima.


LOGO AND VARIATIONS
The Power and Beauty logo should be used mainly in the colors Golden Dream and Venice Blue. The Power and Beauty logo in negative can be used on dark image backgrounds with high contrast between them. The logo in monochrome version should be used on documents printed in black and white.
PICTOGRAM AND VARIATIONS
The Power and Beauty pictogram is to be used primarily in the Golden dream and Venetian Blue colors. The negative can be used for colored backgrounds and the monochrome versions for black and white prints.
SIZING AND SPACING
The rules for spacing the free space surrounding the logo follow proportions based on the height and width of the logo.The Power and Beauty logo has a tidy proportion of 2:3 in width. These proportions were carefully chosen, as they are similar to the Sequence of Fibonacci,. While the pictograph has an exact proportion of 1:3.
MANIFESTO OF THE EXHIBITION
The manifesto of the exhibition takes shape starting from the pictogram in combination with the main colors of the brand and some of the most relevant pieces in the exhibition.
MANIFESTO OF THE FASHION EVENT
Together with the exhibition a fashion event of Alberta Ferretti's Serenissima collection was planned. The posters for such event include the shapes that compose the pictogram the main items of the collection and a play with the main color pallette.
